To be eligible for a refund, you must have accessed less than 30 percent of the course content. This policy ensures fairness to both students and our instructors who invest significant effort in creating course materials.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within five to seven business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Exceptions

Certain circumstances are not covered by our standard refund policy. These include requests made after the 14-day satisfaction period, courses where more than 30 percent of content has been accessed, promotional or discounted courses clearly marked as non-refundable, and one-to-one consultancy services after the scheduled session has commenced.
